Summary
- LeAnn Rimes experienced intense discomfort during a body tension release.
- The jaw is a primary storage site for stress and tension in the body.
- Rimes is continuing her wellness journey after recent treatments.

LeAnn Rimes recently underwent an intense "deep jaw release" procedure to alleviate physical tension, a process she described as a "physical letting go." The therapy, performed by Garry Lineham of Human Garage, involved significant discomfort for the 43-year-old singer.
During the approximately 60-second treatment, Rimes' face contorted in pain before she experienced visible relief. Lineham noted the exact moment tension broke, suggesting an "emotional weight lifted." He explained that the jaw is a major storage site for stress, where the fascia in the face and neck can lock up when one holds back their voice or endures pressure.
Human Garage's method aims to signal safety to the nervous system, allowing stored energy to move. Rimes was heard exclaiming, "Oh my God," followed by tears and laughter, and declared, "That part of my life better be over."
This session is part of Rimes' ongoing wellness journey. In January, she underwent a $10,000 "plasma exchange" to clear micro-toxins and add stem cells for repair. She visited Next Health in Nashville, seeking to feel her best after a demanding year of filming and touring.
Rimes, recognized with Billboard's 2025 Unstoppable Award, was cast in ABC's "9-1-1: Nashville" last year. She noted that access to such treatments is not universal, sharing her experience with humility as personal information rather than a prescription.
Looking ahead, Rimes is set to launch her "30 Years of Blue Tour" in April, celebrating her debut album's anniversary with a theme of "party like it's 1996."
