Diane Ladd, a distinguished actress celebrated for her roles in "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore" and "Rambling Rose," passed away on November 3rd at the age of 89. Her death certificate indicated hypoxic respiratory failure, stemming from longstanding interstitial lung disease, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis diagnosed in 2018.
The mother-daughter pair, who famously shared the screen in "Wild At Heart" and "Rambling Rose," experienced a deepening bond in Ladd's later years. This connection culminated in the joint publication of their memoir, "Honey, Baby, Mine: A Mother And Daughter Talk Life, Death, Love," in 2023.
