Landman Stars: Close in Age, Far in Acting

Season two of Paramount+'s Landman introduced Tommy's father, T. L., portrayed by Dennis Elliott, who is only 11 years older than Billy Bob Thornton, who plays Tommy. Thornton acknowledges the small age difference but stresses the actor's ability to embody characters, suggesting viewers suspend disbelief.

The series has already delivered significant plot twists, including the death of Jon Hamm's character, Monty, and Tommy's promotion and subsequent kidnapping. With season 3 on the horizon, filming is expected to commence in April and May, with Elliott expressing excitement for the continuation of the storyline.

Actress Kayla Wallace also teased upcoming challenges for her character, Rebecca, particularly concerning her new role at M-Tex Oil. While Rebecca faces professional obstacles, she is also shown integrating into the M-Tex "family," demonstrating a developing sense of loyalty despite her typically solitary nature.
