Gaga Hails Watt as "Uniquely Gifted" Collaborator for Mayhem Album

In an exclusive statement, Lady Gaga has hailed producer Andrew Watt as a "uniquely gifted" collaborator on her latest album Mayhem. Gaga, 39, says Watt's "deep love for music and for the people who make it" has profoundly shaped his work, allowing him to bring a rare creative energy to the studio.

Watt, 34, recently co-wrote and executive produced Mayhem alongside Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky. Gaga praises Watt's ability to "truly play," which she says "opens up an entirely different dimension" in the creative process. The "Abracadabra" hitmaker adds that Watt's "instinct, taste, and understanding of sonic history" make him "one of the most dynamic collaborators in modern music."
