Actress Prachi Kowli Joins Iconic 'Kyunki' With Emotional Return

The popular television serial Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is set to introduce a significant six-year time jump, propelling its narrative into an exciting new phase. Following this leap, viewers will find Tulsi living a separate life, distanced from Shantiniketan and Mihir Virani. A recent promo has shown her living a simpler existence with her son, Angad. This new chapter promises fresh faces and the return of beloved original cast members.

Actress Prachi Kowli is joining the show to portray Pooja Hemant Virani, the wife of Hemant Virani. Describing her role, Kowli stated that Pooja is a central and positive character who consistently supports Tulsi. She expressed deep emotion and nostalgia about her return to Balaji Telefilms, the production house that launched her career with Kasautii Zindagii Kay, considering it a full-circle moment.

Kowli has already commenced shooting and described the atmosphere on set as warm, welcoming, and positive. She felt comfortable from day one and reconnected with familiar faces, including actor Hiten Tejwani. The actress conveyed her heartfelt hope that the audience will embrace her character and the show, just as they have always done for the iconic Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
