A second housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging mistreatment and abuse during her employment which began in May 2019. The suit claims racial discrimination, harassment, and failure to pay wages, with allegations of abuse escalating in late 2023 under a new supervisor. Soto alleges her supervisor mocked her accent and race, and retaliated after she filed a complaint.
Further claims detail incidents where Soto was denied time off for her brother's death and funeral, and was pressured to work under harsh conditions. In April 2025, Soto wrote to Jenner detailing the abuse, but allegedly faced threats of termination and was instructed not to interact with Jenner. Restrictions on restroom access and water were also imposed.
