In a recent appearance on her sister Khloé Kardashian's podcast, 28-year-old reality star Kylie Jenner revealed that she will be playing herself in an upcoming A24 film. The movie is "based on an original idea" from musician Charli xcx and follows "a rising pop star (Charli xcx) as she navigates the complexities of fame and industry pressure while preparing for her arena-tour debut."
Jenner admitted that she was "so scared for days" to take on the acting role, which involved "a lot of lines." However, she was determined to step out of her "safe box" and do something outside of her comfort zone. Jenner's family, especially her sister Kim Kardashian, who has also recently ventured into acting, provided her with encouragement and advice during the process.
Despite the challenges, Jenner is proud of herself for following through on the project. She emphasized that she would be open to pursuing more acting opportunities in the future, as long as the "right thing and the right role" presented itself.
