Kyle Sandilands has put his expansive six-bedroom, five-bathroom Sydney mansion on the market for $5.9 million. The radio star acquired the 9,580 sqm property in Glenorie, located in Sydney's North West Hills District, in August 2022 for $3 million. He purchased the semi-rural estate shortly before the birth of his son, Otto.
Originally intending it as a family home, Sandilands decided to renovate and flip the property when his wife expressed a disinterest in living there. The residence has since undergone a significant transformation, now featuring 832 sqm of internal living space with a Georgian-inspired double-storey design. The property boasts a grand circular driveway, multiple formal and informal living areas, a spacious dine-in kitchen, and a private study with a custom library.
Its semi-rural location offers scenic nature views and walking trails while remaining accessible to amenities. This sale occurs shortly after news surfaced of Sandilands' co-host Jackie O Henderson taking a break from their breakfast show following a heated on-air discussion about astrology.
