The festival programming team observed strong commonalities in the stories of South Asian migrants across 10 selected films. One featured film, 'See Me, When You Leave,' uses sound design to depict the journey of migrant workers from West Bengal to Kerala.
Another compelling film, 'A Dream Called Khushi,' follows a Rohingya girl's fight for educational rights within the world's largest refugee camp. The festival promises a rich tapestry of human experiences, celebrating the strength and adaptability of people navigating new beginnings in unfamiliar territories.
