The ninth and final season of Koffee With Karan is set to commence tonight, October 15, 2026, with Salman Khan appearing as the first guest. Host Karan Johar is concluding the popular talk show, which has run for over two decades, with an impressive roster of guests. Shah Rukh Khan is slated to be the grand finale guest, marking a full circle as he appeared in the very first episode in 2003. His solo appearance will echo the show's beginnings, though this time he will be without Kajol.
This concluding season aims to leverage Karan Johar's extensive industry connections, featuring a blend of Bollywood A-listers, South Indian cinema stars, and emerging Gen Z talents. Sources suggest the season may comprise over a dozen episodes. Confirmed appearances include couples like Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, and potentially Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, with Kiara possibly debuting her baby bump. Alia Bhatt will appear with her sister Shaheen Bhatt, and Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are also confirmed.
Discussions are reportedly ongoing for other high-profile appearances, including SS Rajamouli with Mahesh Babu, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali with either Ranbir Kapoor or Vicky Kaushal. Dimple Kapadia is also expected to appear, likely with her daughter Twinkle Khanna. The production team is meticulously finalizing pairings to ensure a memorable farewell for the iconic chat show.
