Koffee With Karan's Final Season Premieres Oct 14 on Peacock

Koffee With Karan, hosted by Karan Johar, will premiere its ninth and final season on October 14. For the first time, Reliance-owned JioHotstar is collaborating with NBCUniversal's The Peacock Hub to support a locally produced Indian original, a move that highlights the global recognition of Indian intellectual property. This partnership signifies a strategic shift for The Peacock Hub in India, moving beyond content distribution to actively backing homegrown shows.

This collaboration validates the ambition of Indian IP to compete on a global stage, according to JioStar's Alok Jain. Karan Johar expressed that the show, which began two decades ago with a simple desire for conversation, now belongs to a bigger world through this partnership. Chris Taylor of NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution noted their delight in partnering with Koffee With Karan for its landmark final season. The show will stream on The Peacock Hub on JioHotstar, concluding its 22-year run.
