Kirsten Storms' Ex Files Restraining Order Amid Crisis

Brandon Barash, the ex-partner of 'General Hospital' actress Kirsten Storms, has obtained an emergency restraining order against her. The order was initially requested in December 2025 and granted due to Storms' alleged mental health crisis. Court documents state Barash claimed Storms reported experiencing delusions and hallucinations.

According to the filings, Storms' current ex-partner noted instances where she questioned her ability to parent their 12-year-old daughter. Barash's wife reportedly helped facilitate Storms' hospitalization and a psychiatric hold. Storms allegedly did not acknowledge the experience after her release.

Additional claims in the documents suggest Storms had episodes of 'melting down' and hearing voices. Friends reportedly told Barash they suspected Adderall abuse and other substance use. Storms had reportedly been couch-surfing for months, fearing she and her child were being followed.

Storms recently shared security footage of a suspected break-in at her Tennessee apartment, which she reported to the police. Following this, she claimed her building served her with an eviction notice after she sought to discuss the break-in with management.

This situation unfolds while Storms has been navigating significant health challenges, including brain surgery in October 2025 to address an aneurysm. She had previously undergone surgery in 2021 for a noncancerous brain cyst. Storms had also relocated from Los Angeles to Nashville in early 2025, citing health reasons and a need for a life change.
