Jimmy Kimmel marked Donald Trump's 80th birthday on Sunday with a satirical birthday card shared via Instagram. The card's design was a pointed parody of a note allegedly penned by Trump for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday. Kimmel's version depicted an obese man, a clear jibe at Trump's physical appearance.

This public jest comes amidst ongoing legal action, as Trump refiled a $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal. The lawsuit concerns the Journal's reporting of the original 2003 birthday note, which was reportedly found within a greeting book for Epstein. Trump's initial lawsuit attempt was dismissed in April.

Kimmel has previously highlighted perceived ties between the Trump family and Epstein. Notably, he aired a photograph of Donald and Melania Trump posing with Epstein on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" This occurred after Melania Trump stated she had never been friends with Epstein, raising questions about the displayed photograph at Epstein's residence.
