Reality television personality Kim Zolciak was recently photographed in public for the first time since a judge granted temporary primary physical custody of her four minor children to her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann. The court order, issued on April 29, 2026, grants Biermann final decision-making authority on educational, medical, and religious matters for Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane.

Zolciak, who has publicly contested the ruling, stated that the temporary order resulted from an emergency motion filed by Biermann to ensure a hearing before a senior judge. She asserts that the guardian ad litem's investigation was flawed and looks forward to a full court date to present her case.
