Kim Zolciak has publicly responded to recent developments in her child custody dispute with Kroy Biermann, strongly denying allegations of "lies." Zolciak claims that prior contractual filming obligations, which took her out of the country from February 26 through March 28, 2026, made it impossible to attend the required monthly therapy sessions as stipulated in a temporary custody order.

She insists that she has not lost custody and that the children were with Kroy Biermann for his designated spring break time until April 4, 2026. Zolciak stated her intention to resume parenting time on April 7, 2026, and complete her required counseling sessions in the upcoming week. A judge previously ordered the children to remain with Biermann full-time until Zolciak completed four parent therapy sessions, with the earliest possible return date for the children being April 10, 2026.
