Khloé Kardashian Slams Lamar Odom's Claims

Khloé Kardashian has voiced regret and frustration regarding her participation in Lamar Odom's recent Netflix documentary, "Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom." Kardashian stated that she agreed to appear in the film as a favor to her ex-husband, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2016.

Since the documentary's release on March 31, Odom has publicly disputed several of Kardashian's assertions, particularly concerning her role in his recovery and decisions regarding his life support. Kardashian addressed these disputes on her "Khloé in Wonder Land" podcast, expressing that reliving these traumatic events for the documentary was difficult.

She explained that she initially aimed to ensure the documentary was a "positive piece" and took months to agree to film, receiving no payment. However, Odom's subsequent public statements, where he allegedly insinuates she is a liar and discredits her efforts, have left her feeling "played" and hurt.

Malika Haqq, a friend who appeared on the podcast, corroborated Kardashian's account, suggesting Odom was a "shell of a person" during crucial moments. Kardashian emphasized that Odom's current actions are particularly galling given his past compliments towards her, calling his public discrediting of her role "crazy."

This situation follows a recent reunion between Kardashian and Odom, captured for "The Kardashians," which Odom described as "awkward" but emphasized ongoing familial love.
