Kardashian revealed that she has several embryos remaining in the freezer and believes her daughter True needs a sister, reflecting on her own sibling relationship.

While Kardashian acknowledged she might not have the energy for another baby, she contemplated the idea of undergoing a surrogacy process on her own. She contrasted this potential future experience with the "trauma" surrounding the surrogacy for her son Tatum's birth.
