Crime, Chaos, and Comedy: Khakee Circus Arrives on Streaming

The crime thriller web series, Khakee Circus, is poised for its OTT release on April 10. Developed initially as Once Upon a Time in Kayamkulam, the seven-episode series offers a unique blend of quirky humor and thrilling mystery. It is set entirely within a sub-jail, focusing on an unusual crime where an individual infiltrates the prison rather than escaping it.

The narrative follows a bookworm jailer and a zealous constable as they confront an impossible situation. An enigmatic thief, always a step ahead, masterfully manipulates events, turning the jail into a chaotic circus. This intricate plot draws in inmates and amateur detectives alike, escalating into a wild chase filled with confusion, humor, and unexpected twists, making it a distinctive addition to the crime thriller genre.
