Kenan Thompson & Lamorne Morris Team Up for New Comedy

Kenan Thompson, renowned for his long tenure on Saturday Night Live, is embarking on a new cinematic venture. He is slated to co-star with Lamorne Morris in an upcoming buddy comedy film, described as "epic." This movie is a film adaptation of the narrative podcast 'Unwanted,' which was released in 2021.

The original 'Unwanted' podcast centered on two individuals who attempted to capture an escaped murderer for a substantial reward, a plan that quickly devolved into chaos. Both Thompson and Morris are expected to reprise their roles from the podcast for the film adaptation. Filming for the movie is scheduled to commence this summer, with a likely release anticipated sometime in 2027. Lamorne Morris and Kyle Shevrin penned the script and are also executive producing.
