Keltie Knight's "The F*** Them Theory" Promises Unhinged Self-Help

In the past two years, Keltie Knight has been busy co-authoring two books with her "LadyGang" podcast co-hosts Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek. However, the 43-year-old media personality is now stepping out on her own with a solo self-help book called "The F*** Them Theory: Self-Help for People Who Are Done Being a Bigger Person."

According to Knight, the manuscript for her upcoming book is due next week, and she is embracing a more unhinged approach to her writing. "I have done everything right. I got all the gold stars. I got the Emmys. I've worked hard. We created this. I've worked on TV for years, and I just feel like at some point I was supposed to be an enlightened and perfect person," she explained. "It's not possible."

In addition to Knight's solo book venture, the "LadyGang" podcast is also undergoing a significant rebrand. Inspired by a recent Cardi B interview, the trio has decided to adopt a bolder sign-off, moving away from their previous "see you next Tuesday" catchphrase. As Vanek put it, "We're going lower. Isn't that iconic?"

The changes come as the "LadyGang" podcast celebrates its 10-year anniversary, marked by a three-day festival in Miramar Beach, Florida. The event was designed to bring the podcast's community together in a more authentic and relatable way, with the hosts emphasizing that they are "all on the same level" as their listeners.
