Kelly Osbourne made a notable appearance at the 2026 Brit Awards on February 28, joining her mother, Sharon Osbourne, on the red carpet in Manchester. The mother-daughter duo coordinated in matching black gowns for the event.

This public appearance occurred shortly after Osbourne publicly addressed online critics who have been body-shaming her. In a series of Instagram Stories on February 22, she condemned the 'disgusting' and 'abusive' comments, particularly expressing dismay that such negativity came from other women.

Osbourne has a history of discussing her weight journey, including undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in 2018. She has previously shared that the procedure required significant lifestyle changes beyond the surgery itself to be effective.

Earlier in December 2025, she also addressed harsh comments made following her father Ozzy Osbourne's death in July 2025, asserting that she should be commended for simply facing life despite her grief, rather than scrutinized for her appearance.
