Spielberg, who would later marry Capshaw, orchestrated a memorable prank to ease the situation. He had Harrison Ford, Quan, and the entire crew paint identical black eyes in the same spot where Capshaw was injured. When Capshaw arrived on set, seeing fifty matching bruises caused her to burst into laughter, showcasing the playful yet supportive dynamic among the cast and crew.
