Kaye Adams' Secret Civil Partnership Revealed

Kaye Adams, the 63-year-old Loose Women presenter, disclosed that she and her partner of three decades, Ian Campbell, entered into a civil partnership last year. This significant step was primarily undertaken for tax reasons, as advised by their financial advisor, who stressed its potential impact on their children.

Adams recounted that the ceremony itself was a modest event, attended only by Ian's sister and her husband. The couple, who have been together since 1995 and share two children, Charley and Bonnie, had previously been hesitant about formalizing their union for financial purposes.

Despite the legal change, Adams stated that the civil partnership has not altered her relationship with Campbell 'one tiny remote shred.' She attributed their long-term partnership to a shared, less conventional approach to life, with neither partner feeling the traditional need for marriage.
