Katseye's Wild New Video Drops Today!

Katseye has unveiled the music video for their latest track, "Hootie Frutti." This energetic song is featured on the group's new EP, "Wild," which was released today. The video, directed by Alfred Marroquin, plunges viewers into a vibrant underground Brazilian party scene, characterized by a pulsating Latin beat and dynamic choreography.

The EP "Wild" comprises five tracks, including "Animal," a song recently performed by the group on The Tonight Show. Notably, this release is the first recording without member Manon Bannerman, who is currently on hiatus. Another member, Sophia Laforteza, has also announced a temporary leave for her mental health.

Following the release of "Wild" and their movie "Katseye: Wild Hearts" in August, the group will commence the Wildworld Tour. The tour begins in Dublin, Ireland, on September 1 and will conclude in Mexico City on November 27. Major stops are scheduled in London and Los Angeles, with additional dates in cities like Miami, Paris, Chicago, Boston, and Montreal. Band members have expressed excitement and nervousness about performing on their first arena tour, citing the larger stages.

Since their debut in 2024, Katseye has maintained a rapid pace. Their second EP, "Beautiful Chaos," released last June, included popular songs like "Gnarly" and "Gabriela." The group also received two Grammy nominations in 2026 for Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
