Kate Moss' Sister Lottie Reveals Strained Family Bond

Lottie Moss recently disclosed the distant nature of her relationship with her supermodel sister, Kate Moss. Speaking on a podcast, Lottie stated that she and Kate have "next to no relationship" and have never developed a strong sisterly bond. This admission came with Lottie sharing that she felt "bitter and embarrassed" during her childhood due to Kate frequently ignoring her text messages and phone calls.

With a 24-year age gap, Lottie acknowledged they "grew up in different times." She recalled yearning for a closer connection with Kate, whom she admired as the "coolest thing ever." However, Lottie has come to accept their present dynamic, understanding that friends can also serve as family. She previously felt hurt believing Kate did not desire a close relationship, noting that discussing their issues publicly has upset Kate in the past. Despite this, Lottie believes she has the right to speak about her experience.

While they have never openly discussed their issues, the sisters were once closer, with Lottie serving as a bridesmaid at Kate's 2011 wedding. Their shared family history also includes their father, Peter Moss, and their niece, Lila Grace, who was also a bridesmaid.
