Kate Hudson recently celebrated her youngest daughter, Rani Rose, turning eight years old on October 2, 2026. The actress honored the occasion by sharing an Instagram video montage filled with cherished family moments.
The compilation featured clips of the mother-daughter duo engaged in activities like baking and dancing, alongside previously unseen photos of Rani. Hudson's caption highlighted Rani's distinct qualities, describing her as a "dancing, avid reading, skincare obsessed, horse loving, Harry Potter die-hard, cuddle bug."
Previously, Hudson described Rani, her youngest of three children, as a "firecracker" with a deeply empathetic nature, contrasting with her own childhood. She also humorously noted Rani's burgeoning sense of style, which makes getting ready a lengthy process.
Rani Rose shares her mother with siblings Ryder and Bingham. Ryder, her older half-brother, is 22, and Bingham is 15. The family, including fiancé Danny Fujikawa, recently enjoyed a trip to the U.K. in July 2026.
