Kat Dennings Calls Hanson Video Her 'Biggest Accomplishment'

Kat Dennings considers her role in Hanson's 2013 music video for "Get the Girl Back" her most significant career accomplishment. The actress, who appeared alongside Nikki Reed in the video, expressed that this experience was the culmination of a lifelong fandom.

During her teenage years, Dennings actively collected magazine clippings of Hanson and even had a cutout of the band. She described her past efforts as an early form of vision boarding, with Isaac Hanson prominently featured in her room's decor. This childhood obsession was fueled by her access to the band through social media platforms like Twitter.

Dennings recalled receiving a direct message from Taylor Hanson after being vocal about her admiration for the band during interviews, especially while "Two Broke Girls" was popular. This interaction led to her participation in the music video, an event she described as surreal and one of the best days of her life, allowing her to fully appreciate her teenage dreams coming true.
