Among the extensive lineup, 57 films are set to compete, highlighting the diverse talent and compelling stories within the queer community. A notable addition this year is the 'Programmers' Pick' package, curated to showcase exceptional short films that, while not entering the main competition, deeply impressed the selection team.

The festival's name, 'Kashish,' an Urdu word signifying 'charm,' perfectly encapsulates its ethos of embracing individuality and exploring identity in all its colorful expressions.
