Kashi Film Shoot Intensifies Amidst Varanasi Heat

Reshoots for the film tentatively titled Kashi recently took place in the historic city of Varanasi, featuring lead actors Aayush Sharma and Amrin Qureshi. The cast and crew braved intense heat to capture dynamic dance sequences on the Chet Singh Ghat.
Further scenes were filmed on the River Ganga, where Sharma depicted a sadhu from a boat. A night shoot at Nandeshwar Ghat involved Sharma participating in a recreated Ganga aarti ceremony as part of the scene.
During his time in Varanasi, Sharma, accompanied by his mother, also visited the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple. He shared his passion for both filmmaking and photography, capturing the city's essence. The main leads had previously completed a 20-day schedule in Varanasi last April.
