Summary
- Karisma Kapoor renewed her Bandra apartment lease for Rs 66.12 lakhs.
- The lease covers a 2,200 sq ft apartment with three parking spaces.
- This move occurs during a legal dispute over Sunjay Kapur's Rs 30,000 crore estate.

Karisma Kapoor has reportedly renewed the lease for her premium Bandra West apartment, a move valued at Rs 66.12 lakhs. The luxury residence spans 2,200 sq ft and features three dedicated parking spots. This decision comes at a critical time, as Kapoor's children are involved in a legal dispute over their late father Sunjay Kapur's substantial estate, estimated to be worth Rs 30,000 crores.
The renewed one-year lease agreement for the Grand Bay Condominium was registered on November 14, 2025. It includes a Rs 20 lakh security deposit and a monthly rent of Rs 5.51 lakhs, totaling Rs 66.12 lakhs for the full term. The property continues to be leased to Kongsberg Maritime India Pvt Ltd, a consistent tenant. This financial stability for her residence occurs while legal proceedings regarding Sunjay Kapur's will and estate continue in the Delhi High Court.
The ongoing estate battle has seen Karisma's legal team raise concerns about unpaid university fees for her children, Samaira and Kiaan. However, these claims have been contested by Sunjay Kapur's widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur, who has presented evidence of payments. The core of the dispute centers on allegations that the will was tampered with to exclude Kapoor's children from the vast inheritance.
