Decades Later: Karishma Khemu Revisits Ancestral Kashmir Home

Karishma Khemu, sister of actor Kunal Kemmu, recently experienced an emotional return to her ancestral home in Kashmir. Decades after her family's migration, she revisited the sprawling, traditional multi-storey house, sharing poignant memories of her childhood. The home, which Kunal Kemmu left at age six, now visibly bears the marks of time, with faded paint, cracked plaster, and worn timber.

During her visit, Karishma and her mother navigated through rooms that once echoed with family life, recalling specific moments and personal spaces. The house, characterized by its wooden balconies and exposed stone masonry, has undergone significant changes.
