In a recent episode of the talk show "Two Much" hosted by Twinkle Khanna and Kajol, Bollywood director Karan Johar addressed the much-talked-about "Ozempic" rumors surrounding his dramatic weight loss. Johar, who was accompanied by actress Janhvi Kapoor, revealed that he has always struggled with his weight and tried various diets and workouts over the years, but nothing seemed to work until he found the right approach.
Johar shared that he followed a strict diet for 7 months, eliminating lactose, glucose, and gluten entirely from his plate. He ate only one meal a day around 8:30 PM, which helped him transform his physique. Johar expressed his frustration with the constant speculation about his use of Ozempic, a diabetes medication that has gained popularity as a weight loss drug. He emphasized that he has never taken Ozempic and has instead focused on a healthy lifestyle change to achieve his weight loss goals.
Twinkle Khanna, known for her witty banter, jokingly told Johar, "Beta, itna injection mat liya kar! Itna dubla ho gaya hai. Mummy kya bolegi?" (Son, stop taking so many injections! How thin you have become! What will your mother say?). Johar responded by saying that his mother, Hiroo Johar, does not say much these days, hinting at the positive changes in his life.
