He stated that disputes arose in November 2021 when he opposed West's renovation demands, including the removal of windows and electrical equipment, deeming them hazardous.
According to Saxon's filing, West allegedly threatened him and ordered him to leave the property when he refused to comply with the unsafe requests. Saxon claims that despite his extensive work, West only compensated him for a single week.
