Kamri Peterson Returns to DWTS Ballroom

Kamri Peterson, a familiar face from Dancing With the Stars: Juniors, will grace the ballroom once again as a troupe dancer for Season 35. Peterson, who previously partnered with Akash Vukoti on the junior version of the show, is an accomplished Latin ballroom dancer. Her accolades include World ProAm Champion, three-time Latin National Vice Champion, and a 12-time Latin Finalist. She even represented the United States at the Open World Championships in Paris.

The upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars, Season 35, is slated for a grand debut with a two-night premiere on Tuesday, September 15, and Wednesday, September 16, at 8/7c on ABC and Disney+. Episodes will be available for next-day streaming on Hulu. While the complete roster of troupe dancers is yet to be unveiled, Peterson's inclusion was a significant announcement at the DWTS Con event held in Palm Springs, California.

Fans already know a few celebrity competitors for Season 35, including Maura Higgins, Ciara Miller, Jackson Olson, and Guillermo Rodriguez. The remaining celebrity cast and their professional partners will be revealed on Good Morning America on Wednesday, September 2. Peterson expressed her excitement to bring her passion for teaching and mentoring to the new season.
