In a social media interaction on April 17, 2026, Lissy responded to a user's comment about a potential wedding, stating unequivocally, "This is false news." This clarification aims to put an end to ongoing online rumors that gained momentum following the actors' appearance together in the 2022 film 'Hridayam,' where they portrayed a married couple.

Earlier confirmations of a platonic relationship also support Lissy's recent statement.
