Kabul Evacuation Drama: Last Show for Eric Dane

The upcoming series 'Kabul' is set to air on the BBC next month, dramatizing the chaotic events of the 2021 Afghanistan evacuation. This series marks one of the last appearances of the late actor Eric Dane.

The narrative centers on the Nazany family, forced to flee their homes as American troops withdraw and the Taliban seizes control of Kabul. Simultaneously, French, Italian, German, and American officials must collaborate to manage the influx of civilians under the threat of ISIS attacks.

Directed by Kasia Adamik and Olga Chajdas, and written by Olivier Demangel, Thomas Finkielkraut, and Joey Lavy, the series boasts an international cast. It highlights the critical five-year-ago evacuation through the lens of one family's struggle for survival.
