Timberlake's DWI arrest body cam released

Body cam footage capturing Justin Timberlake's June 2024 DWI arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, has been publicly released. The video shows the musician exhibiting difficulty while performing field sobriety tests, at one point stating, "These are, like, hard tests." During the arrest, Timberlake was reportedly polite, but he stumbled while attempting to walk a straight line and expressed that his heart was racing. His companion appeared on the scene and offered to drive his car, but Timberlake was ultimately placed in handcuffs and taken to the police station. Previously, Timberlake had sued to prevent the release of the footage, citing privacy concerns, but has since changed his stance, allowing the video to become public. In September 2024, Timberlake reached a plea agreement, pleading guilty to a traffic violation that did not involve criminal drunk driving charges.
