Colombian music icon Juanes has unveiled his twelfth studio album, titled JuanesTeban. This significant release marks a return to a place of light and joy for the artist, focusing on the fusion of cumbia with his established rock sound across 16 vibrant tracks. The album explores the multifaceted nature of Juanes' personality, encompassing joyful, enthusiastic, and melancholic expressions.
Co-produced by Nico Cotton and Juanes, JuanesTeban showcases a diverse range of collaborations, including fellow Colombian star Bomba Estéreo, Latin music powerhouse Mon Laferte, and emerging talents like Rawayana and Conociendo Rusia. This project also highlights Juanes' artistic versatility, featuring self-illustrated cover art for the album and its individual songs.
To celebrate the album, Juanes released a visualizer for his collaboration with Rawayana, "Timelapse De Sol," filmed in Costa Rica. Furthermore, Juanes has announced the Juanes World Tour 2026, scheduled to begin in September in Orlando, Florida. The tour will span 28 U.S. cities before concluding with a hometown performance in Bogotá, Colombia, where he will perform new tracks alongside his greatest hits.
