6 Mar
Summary
- Joy Behar lost her balance during a comedy segment with Robby Hoffman.
- She previously fell on The View set in March 2022, leading to set changes.
- Behar has a history of humorous altercations with inanimate objects and people.
During a recent Friday broadcast of The View, co-host Joy Behar experienced a lighthearted stumble while interacting with comedian Robby Hoffman. As Hoffman extended a hand for a handshake, Behar appeared to lose her footing, humorously sticking out a leg as she slipped. The moment was met with laughter from Behar and applause from the audience, leading into a commercial break.
This amusing incident brings to mind a more notable fall Behar had in March 2022. She slipped during the show's opening, an event that led to modifications of The View's set, including the installation of non-swiveling seats. Behar has a well-documented history of amusing run-ins with everyday objects and situations on and off the show.
These include her cell phone frequently interrupting live broadcasts and a personal anecdote about being temporarily trapped in her apartment building's elevator. Behar also recalled an encounter on a European train where a woman denied her restroom access, prompting Behar to call her 'a bitch.'
