Reality star Joseline Hernandez has publicly dismissed speculation linking her romantically to Tory Lanez, who is currently incarcerated. When questioned on the show Club Shay Shay, Hernandez emphatically denied any past romantic relationship with the Canadian singer-rapper.
Hernandez, who is married to producer Balistic Beats and is expecting their first child, stated she had no comment on Lanez's legal situation. Tory Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2023 for crimes stemming from a 2020 shooting incident.
Lanez's time in prison has reportedly been tumultuous. Last May, he was allegedly involved in a stabbing incident, leading to his transfer between correctional facilities. He subsequently filed a $100 million lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation regarding the alleged assault.
Rumors of a connection between Hernandez and Lanez first surfaced in 2018 after a suggestive photo appeared online. Lanez later claimed on Hot 97 that he was intoxicated during the encounter and that it was the first time he had met Hernandez.
