The film, directed by Subhash Kapoor and also starring Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla, had a strong start, collecting ₹12.5 crore on its first Friday, ₹20 crore on the first Saturday, and ₹21 crore on the first Sunday, for a total first-weekend haul of ₹53.5 crore.
However, the film's momentum slowed down in the following weeks. Week 2 saw a 60.81% drop in collections, with the film earning ₹29 crore. Weekday numbers gradually declined, ranging between ₹2 crore to ₹4 crore, indicating that the film retained a loyal audience base but lacked the momentum to sustain a high pace. By the fourth week, Jolly LLB 3's collections had declined significantly, bringing in just ₹3.88 crore, with only the weekends crossing the ₹1 crore mark.
