JoJo Siwa: Concussion and Eye Infection After Golf Cart Crash

JoJo Siwa recently shared an update on her health, revealing she is dealing with a concussion and a severe eye infection. The concussion resulted from a golf cart accident on May 25, where the vehicle's wheel locked, causing her to be ejected and land on her neck before hitting her head.

Approximately two to three days after the accident, Siwa developed a significant eye infection, which doctors believe is unrelated to her concussion. She has been advised to limit her activity to about an hour of light exercise daily, which she is using to create new bow designs for her website.

Despite her current health challenges, Siwa expressed gratitude that her injuries were not more severe and is focusing on recovery. She indicated that she will be participating in rehearsals for 'Dance Moms: A New Era,' adopting the Hollywood adage that 'the show must go on.'

She also recently celebrated her first anniversary with boyfriend Chris Hughes on May 27, sharing a heartfelt tribute to their relationship. Siwa plans to wear sunglasses or a patch occasionally for relief and light protection, asking fans to understand it's for medical reasons.
