John Oliver Crashes Days of Our Lives & General Hospital!

Late-night comedian John Oliver has ventured into the world of daytime soap operas with upcoming appearances on both General Hospital and Days of Our Lives. His scenes for Days of Our Lives were taped in June and are scheduled to broadcast in August 2026, promising a comedic touch to the long-running series. Oliver will interact with EJ DiMera, portrayed by Daniel Feuerriegel, who shared excitement about Oliver's performance.

Oliver's presence on General Hospital is slated for this week in an undisclosed role that is hinted to have substantial repercussions for the fictional Port Charles. He expressed his desire to play a character with a dramatic storyline, murder, or slapping, and a close-up of his face, which seems to be the direction his soap opera cameos are taking.
