Producers scoured Australia, England, and even interviewed random individuals, seeking an actor who could embody the iconic figure. Initially considering many candidates, including former model Paul Anthony Kelly, the final selection process involved extensive readings.

Kelly was ultimately chosen for the role of JFK Jr., with Sarah Pidgeon playing Carolyn Bessette Kennedy. The series, set to premiere on February 12th, aims to present a more nuanced and compassionate perspective on Carolyn.
