Zion Foster has stated his continued commitment to his twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe Nelson, following his separation from Jesy Nelson. Foster emphasized that his prior expression of feeling "out of my depth" pertained to the challenging reality of their daughters' spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) diagnosis, a rare condition causing progressive muscle weakness. He expressed immense love for his girls, affirming they are his "world." Foster also confirmed that Nelson initiated the breakup but stressed that this does not alter his dedication to his daughters. Nelson has been actively campaigning for SMA to be included in newborn screening tests, as early intervention can significantly mitigate the condition's severe effects. The documentary "Jesy Nelson: Life Changing," chronicling her journey and advocacy, will premiere on Prime Video on July 17.
