Jessie J has candidly shared reflections on 2025, calling it "one of the hardest but most magical years of my life" after her breast cancer diagnosis. She has been open about her journey, detailing both the "lows and highs" of her post-surgery recovery with fans.

In a recent Instagram Story, Jessie J emphasized the importance of acknowledging difficult emotions, stating, "there is Grief hurt pain sadness heartbreak and reflection and processing happening this time of year for many of us." She admitted to feeling "the lowest I have felt in a while" but encouraged others not to suppress their feelings, stressing that crying is a healthy and normal response.

This introspective period follows a significant professional milestone in September when Jessie J returned to the stage for the first time since her surgery. This performance at BBC Radio 2 In the Park in Essex was particularly special as it marked her two-year-old son's first time seeing her perform live. She also released her first album in eight years, "Don't Tease Me With a Good Time," in November.
