Broadway Stars Marry in Enchanted Forest Fairytale

Broadway's Jessica Vosk and metals trader David Godar exchanged vows during a magical three-day wedding weekend at June Farms in West Sand Lake, New York. The couple, who met on Hinge, envisioned an enchanted forest fairytale, with their ceremony set to take place in the woods.

Mother Nature intervened with thunderstorms just before the ceremony, prompting a last-minute move to a tent. Despite the weather shift, Vosk described the rain-soaked vows as perfect, surrounded by 120 friends and family.

Notable guests included Ariana DeBose and Alex Newell, who provided surprise entertainment. The festivities spanned three days, featuring farm activities, custom stationery, and multiple custom bridal looks for Vosk, including five distinct outfits.

Godar proposed on September 1, 2025, while Vosk was starring in a Broadway production. The couple, who are both sober, also ensured a comprehensive mocktail menu was available for guests. Their celebration concluded with personalized cakes and heartfelt toasts.

Vosk also honored her mother, who had overcome brain surgery, and her late father with embroidered initials on her veil. The newlyweds plan a September honeymoon in Joshua Tree before Vosk begins her next project.
