In a recent TikTok video, a visibly emotional Ngatikaura detailed her dissatisfaction, particularly with the facial fat grafting which she stated she did not fully understand. She noted the grafting was applied to her lips, which she had not requested and found to be "lumpy" and "awful."
Reflecting on her appearance, Ngatikaura stated, "I look f ederal_statel king hideous in season five. It's ruined my career." She noted that attempts to correct the fat grafting with Kybella injections only made her face appear swollen.
Despite her distress, Ngatikaura indicated she would not pursue further facial changes beyond Botox. A co-star, Miranda McWhorter, offered support, praising Ngatikaura for her honesty and authenticity.
