According to a recent interview, actress Jennifer Lawrence had an unusual encounter with her Die, My Love co-star Robert Pattinson. In December 2024, Pattinson, 39, visited Lawrence, 35, at her home while she was hanging out with friends. Lawrence said Pattinson was "one of the girls" and wanted to "gossip" with her.
When Pattinson arrived, he asked Lawrence if she had any food, as he was hungry. Lawrence explained that the only food she had was in the trash, but Pattinson didn't mind. He proceeded to pull the food out of the trash and continue eating it, much to the surprise of Lawrence and her friends who were "just kinda watching him."
Lawrence described Pattinson as being like a "daughter" to her, saying he brings out her maternal instincts. She noted that while Pattinson is a professional actor who shows up on time, she wouldn't trust him to even put on a coat.

The two actors have been promoting their new film Die, My Love, which is set for release on November 7, 2025. In the movie, Pattinson plays the husband of Lawrence's character, who develops postpartum depression and psychosis.
