Hudson says only Common makes her consider marriage

Jennifer Hudson has shared that her relationship with actor Common has uniquely influenced her views on marriage. During a recent appearance on the "Baby, This Is Keke Palmer" podcast, Hudson stated that Common is the only individual who has made her contemplate saying "I do."

She clarified that she has never been married and generally hasn't felt the societal pressure to do so. Hudson indicated that her perspective shifted within her current relationship, expressing, "this is the only person where I'm like, 'You know what? Actually, I would consider that with him.'"

Rumors of their romance first surfaced in 2022, and the couple officially confirmed their relationship in January 2024. Common has previously expressed his marital intentions, stating on "The Jennifer Hudson Show" in January 2024 that if he were to marry, it would be to Hudson.

Hudson described their relationship as "divine," highlighting the support and mutual understanding they share. She emphasized that she does not feel pressured to marry but has not ruled out the possibility, stating that it would happen if and when she desires.
